Production Leader Mixing

Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate the area's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) based on the Quality, Cost and Safety Objectives, to guarantee compliance with the production ticket.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related.
- Previous experience in a similar position as production leader.
- Trouble shooting tools.
- English advanced level is required ( upper B2 ).
- KPI´s management.
- In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
- Leader Standard Work Management.
- Generation of responsability and empowerment.
- Results oriented
- Quality leadership
