**Production Manager Assembly****Job Information**The Production Manager is responsible for working cross functionally to develop the process strategy for their affected business units within the production facility by utilizing the appropriate resources to achieve company goals and world class manufacturing operations.**Requirements**:- Any college degree required.- 7> 10 years of experience in operations, supervision, and people development.- Fluency in English and Spanish, verbal and written.- Valid VISA and Passport.- Less than 10% of trips are required. Travel in advance for training.- Experience performing the position of Production Manager Assembly.- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory flow, and technology. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.- Competent people in management and development.- It requires the ability to think strategically about how to improve business service and manage the tactical steps needed to execute the plan.- Ability to drive productivity and operational excellence.- Competent analytical and organizational skills.- Competent communication and decision-making skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality.**Responsibilities**:- Interpret the collective bargaining agreement and attempt to resolve employee issues and/or complaints.- Help supervisors understand the collective bargaining agreement (posting overtime, prospecting overtime, etc.).- Key Performance Indicator(s): Resolution of complaint issues.- Responsible for leading functional business unit process improvements as it relates to scrap reduction, overtime, rework, downtime, quality, efficiencies, delivery, etc.- Responsible for root cause analysis and ensuring remediation actions are implemented.- Ensure that all predetermined KPIs meet KPIs : Number of kaizens within the area. Information flow and governance. Audit score. 5S Score. Safety.
