Travel in advance for training.Ability to work off-shift and overtime.Experience performing the position of Production Manager Assembly.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory flow, and technology.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.Competent in people management and development.Ability to think strategically about how to improve business service and manage the tactical steps needed to execute the plan.Ability to drive productivity and operational excellence.Competent analytical and organizational skills.Competent communication and decision-making skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Responsibilities:Interpret the collective bargaining agreement and attempt to resolve employee issues and/or complaints.Help supervisors understand the collective bargaining agreement (posting overtime, prospecting overtime, etc.
