Responsible for the performance of 4 manufacturing areas of 1 Albea C1 (Lauro Villar).Main activitiesAchieve EHS targets, promote the EHS culture, address health and safety concerns and opportunities.Build and implement the operating agenda based on the site's strategic plan.Define and implement the appropriate organization.Manage and develop the team: performance evaluation, development of competencies, and technical capabilities.Drive the operation group to set-up routines and governance.Take appropriate actions in case of deviation of the results, or crisis.Interact with Supply Chain to meet lead time requirements to meet the delivery commitments and inventory levels.Adhere to the quality system and promote the quality culture, address and correct quality non-compliance, based on root-cause analysis.Define the continuous improvement priorities and drive the Lean to Win deployment.Manage the workforce: define the needs, adapt the workforce to the business, identify the needs of competencies.Accountability including KPIsGuarantee P&L profitability of product line.Guarantee manufacturing effectiveness (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety) within a Continuous Improvement mindset.Guarantee people resources are used effectively. Right skillset, engagement.Guarantee Lean to Win program is implemented throughout the organization.Guarantee production equipment and facilities are running efficiently.KPI'sEBITDAScrap pcs/$IBBs/EBBsVarianceOutput/Utilization %Cost Savings due to CI projectsMachines per operator # Performance to Schedule %Absorption $Turnover%Cost Savings due to CI projectsProfile (Experience & qualifications)Experience and education• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience (Mechanical, Injection Molding, Electrical, a plus)• Above 5 years' experience as Production manager in a manufacturing environment with fast moving products and high standards/systems for Quality and Continuous Improvement• Experience in a multi-national company with complex matrixial organization• Experience in plastic industry and/or cosmetic industry is a plusKnowledge/Technical Skills required• Good written and oral skills in English• Basic Knowledge of Finance, Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Materials and Performance Management• Knowledge of employment laws & safety management in a plant• Knowledge of SAP
