Leading new company in Modular and prefabricated houses for Western USA
Looking for an energetic Construction Production Manager, with experience or knowledge in Modular or prefabricated construction techniques.
The Production Manager objective
is, but not limited to, to predict, organize, create, develop, integrate and
control the production areas, direct labor team, equipment and systems in an
efficient manner to certify that the company's production plan is accomplished
within the quality, productivity and cost standards established.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop the production schedule, adjusting as necessary to exceed the company's requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to set goals for the production team.
- Review employees and their tools and equipment items to determine where to make improvements.
- Work closely with team members to build strategies to maximize their performances.
- Identify and schedule training requirements for the labor force.
- Ensure that his team complies with EH & S.
- Ensure that the production department stays within budget and improves efficiency.
- Create and keep track of the production department performance (KPI).
- Ensure that the product meets and/or exceeds the quality standard established by the company.
- Scheduling routine maintenance to keep the equipment running effectively and maintaining quality standards.
Experiência y requisitos
Experience in Construction, Modular, or prefabricated houses Techniques.
Experience as Production Manager 5 years minimum
Bachelor's Degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or related.
Bilingual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and train employees
- Strong working knowledge of Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety Health Administration
(OSHA) regulations and Secretary of Labor in Mexico.
- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of construction methods
