Production Manager Cooling Factory

**Descripción del empleo**
The assembly manager VSM1 for the Monterrey facility will have the purpose of leading the VSM1 production team, enssuring the follow up of all existing production processes/standards and performing them efficiently to ensure that customer needs are met in the required quality, quantity and time standards, to achieve the required goals of the factory's objectives and enssuring safety of all VSM1 associates.
**Requisitos**
Engineering degree

English proficiency

Manufacturing and production experience

Continuous Improvement Mindset

Experience in personnel administration and labour topics

White Line (Refrigerators) experience desirable

Knowledge on plastic injection, stamping, surface treatments, painting

Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
