Production Manager

Job Description Production Manager Manufacturing company located in Apodaca is looking for a Production Manager.
Job Overview: The Production Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of the production process in a high-volume manufacturing facility, managing more than 400 workers across three shifts.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in production planning, operations control, safety management, and unionized environments, with a deep understanding of plastic composite manufacturing processes such as molding, lamination, carbon fiber, and painting.
Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale production teams in a multi-shift environment.
Industry Experience: Strong experience in plastic composite manufacturing (thermoset, thermoplastic, carbon fiber, etc.)
is required.
Certifications: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, Six Sigma.
