Plans, organizes and controls productive activities to ensure that the production of products meets customer requirements in terms of volume, quality, and cost, within established times and efficiently.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitors and communicates compliance with production indicators to senior management.Monitors production waste.Ensures that the product meets the client's quality standards.Creates indicators of the established objectives.Responsible for applying the code of ethics and business conduct and ensuring adherence to the guidelines of a socially responsible and inclusive company.AUTHORITYManages resources to guarantee compliance with the production plan established by the company.Has the authority to stop any process in case of safety or environmental risks.Plans, executes, and manages the production schedule through production leaders and supervisors.
Confirms commitment dates together with the planner and promotes compliance with standards, procedures, and programs regarding the environment, safety, hygiene, and health, such as the elimination of special handling waste, electricity savings, water savings, etc.Ensures product quality in process lines in accordance with customer specifications and applicable regulations.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEngineering, Bachelor's degree or related degree.3 years or more in the position or similar position in the production area.Advanced written and spoken English.Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, IATF.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience in personnel management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
