Production Manager

They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence, and will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and standards.Responsibilities:Manage and evaluate the entire production process.Contribute to production planning and budgeting, budgeting control.Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain a safe production environment.Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.Lead and inspire production team members.Guarantee achievements of KPIs.Promote continuous improvement & safety culture.Attend quality audits, customer and certification.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering; Manufacturing, MBA would be a plus.7+ years of managing production, specific extrusion process, injection or similar.
