.Summary:Management-level position across a 3-shift organization.
Develops processes and controls to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of safety, workplace organization, internal and external quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and inventory.
Works with peers across the entire operations team and sales/engineering organization.
Develop and mentor supervisors, team leaders, and operators in the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) culture, concepts, and tools.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation of safety improvements identified via the Regal Rexnord Safety Management System.Responsible for developing, auditing, and coaching Supervisors and Team Leaders on good safety practices, ergonomics, quality practices, standard work creation and execution, structured problem solving, waste elimination, and visual daily management.Interface with customer service and/or customers relating to delivery/quality issues as required.Responsible for auditing and coaching Supervisors and Team Leaders on leader standard work creation and execution.Assists leadership in the development, implementation, and compliance to company policies.Coordinate activities of supervisors, team leaders, maintenance and production personnel.Actively support the implementation of RBS (lean) manufacturing processes.Develop, implement, and maintain improvement initiatives within the production and office environments.Contribute to the monthly business planning & annual budget process.Support compliance with the quality management system and any applicable standards (e.G.
