Job Description The Production Manager is responsible for effectively managing human and material resources to meet the production schedule, while addressing any contingencies that arise.
This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and operational efficiency.
The Production Manager will also develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory).
Languages: Fluency in English is preferred.
Competencies: Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems.
Understanding of GMP and food safety.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Proficiency in production planning and logistics.
Excellent leadership, strategic vision, and communication skills.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role, with proven experience managing multiple teams and implementing operational improvements.
Required Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Proficiency in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles.
