Production Manager

Job ResponsibilityAccording to the shipment plan of logistics, make production plan and material plan, implement and meet the delivery planAccording to BOM, implement material planning arrangement, ensure production materials are enough and meet the production plan, such as direct material demand plan; Responsible for the production process data statistics, improve production efficiency to meet the process, quality, equipment, cost, output indicators; Daily management and attendance monitoring of employeesSupervise and guide the production process, and control the production quality to ensure the production qualityResponsible for workshop safety management, implement various production safety systems, eliminate safety risks and prevent safety accidentsImplement lean management of production, establish and improve production system, data recording and echelon construction of production teamQualificationCollege degree or above, major is not limitedAt least 5 years working experience in the same position, production manager experience in auto parts industry is preferredFamiliar with all aspects of production site, production management process and lean production knowledgeFamiliar with the requirements of local production safety management in MexicoFluent oral English, can be used as working languageCan be honest and trustworthy, active, proactive, careful and responsible in work.
