Reporting to the Site Director, you will be part of our Great Team.**You will**:- Manage a team with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control.- Based on regional strategy, oversees the production of tactical and operational plans locally to meet functional goals.- Control production of flavours/fragrances, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of the assigned production line- Oversee the development of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality and cost efficiency through implementation of product assembly labour standards and work instructions, line layouts, designed and maintained tools and fixtures.- Develop manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labour and capital resources to maximise productivity.- Establish manufacturing and quality control standards and develop budget controls and plans.- Communicate with functional or operational area managers (for example in supply and logistics or sales) to understand their all product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.- Implement plans and inspire continuous improvement to achieve essential performance and to reduce cost/kg.- Create an environment for through sound leadership.- Monitor employee job performance such as attendance, quality, and productivity
