Production Manager

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirements for the job:

- Review of daily production plan and customer forecast
- Monitoring, and improving the key indicators for the department in order to work productively and efficiently.
- Working according to rules and policies established by the Company.
- Identify the opportunities for continuous improvement in the department.
- Constant communication with the operation support departments.
- Implementation of 7 values, Mission and Vision PCE Technology and implement all of them.
- Attending the audits on process, (ESD, ISO, GEMBA WALK, FPY and Scrap).
- Tracking the new products and their process.
- Maintain in all operation areas the safety conditions for all employees.

Requirements for the job:

- Formal Studies: College Degree on engineering on manufacturing, production, or similar Engineering with experience in SMT electronics and test equipment
- Experience: 3 years of experience in SMT process
- Languages: English Advanced
- Software: MS Office

**Skills**:

- Solving problems, Gool communication, Cost Reduction of scrap, Time Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Goald Oriented.

Knowledge:

- Microsoft office, Experience on SMT process, 5s, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Cost Saving
