Production Manager

**OBJECTIVE**:Plans, Organizes, Directs and Controls all the production activities to assure that the production of goods and/or services meet volume, quality and cost requirements within the established timeframe in an efficient manner.

**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
2. Directly responsible for the production program and for the levels of efficiency, observing the requirements established by quality as well as controlling scrap.

3. Supervises the preparation of reports on production and completion dates.

4. Supervises or evaluates procedures designed to upgrade production methods, equipment utilization and the quality of finished goods.

5. Plans investigations to determine the effectiveness of manpower utilization and projects labor and Staffing needs.

6. Advises management on production problems.

7. Formulates, negotiates and manages the department's objectives and budgets, as well as the strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.

8. Validates and authorizes standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production function.

9. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and developing the manufacturing as well as acting as a facilitator. Responsible for promoting and maintaining inter-departmental harmony.

**REQUIRIMENTS**:

- 5 years of experience in similar position
- Advanced level of English
- Bachelor's Degree on Industrial Engineer
- Experience in Start up plants is desire
- Visa to travel to the USA
