Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, that contribute to improve the quality of life of millions of people.**Job Description**:Drive the sustainable achievement of production excellence and continuous improvement, measured through standardized plant KPIs and benchmarks with other areas / plants / divisions.Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.- Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment and Team Work- Responsible for follow up of labor discipline of his/her personnel if it applies.- Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable- Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area- Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.- Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree, post-graduate preferred. 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership.- ** Bilingual English-Spanish**:- In-depth knowledge of internal/external business processes, strategic planning experience, advanced knowledge of a particular field of specialization- Leadership skills: empowerment, ability to work in a diverse group, ability to create team structures and to coach/mentor- Effective communication skills, contacts customers, partners and subordinates.- ** **Experience in Manufacturing: Bosch production system or equivalent- Analytical and skills, knowledge of problem solving techniques (six sigma, shainin preferable)Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
