KPI's
- Safety: Accident Rate and Severity Rate for disciplinary organization
- Quality: CRI, IDC, 0Km and Field related to lack of adherence to standards in the
- Manufacturing area.
- Delivery: Production Output and Build to Schedule
- Costs: Relative Utilization, Productivity, Overtime, Inventory discrepancies, Inventory
- Level, Turnover and Absenteeism.
Ensure compliance to Quality basics principles.
- Promote and actively support Bosch Production System, involvement in System CIP Projects, Policy Deployment and Team Work (for internal applicants only)
- Responsible for follow up of labor discipline of his/her personnel if it applies.
- Fulfill the legal and corporate requirements and regulations applicable
- Fulfill the safety procedures applicable to his/her area
- Will be responsible that the Outsourced personnel under his/her responsibility fulfill the internal regulations.
- Actively participate in the trainings and tests that may be schedule in accordance to the level of risks of his/her job.
**Qualifications**
- ** English advanced / Fluent**:
- ** Automotive Industry Experience is a must**:
- Engineering background
- at least 5 years of leadership experience
