**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on key production metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition, managing staff and supplies as needed.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Work closely with other departments, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
- Advanced English proficiency (80% or higher).
- In-depth knowledge of production management, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, performance evaluation, and reporting on key production metrics.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies.
- General knowledge of maintenance management, including staff administration and supply management.
