As Production Manager you'll be responsible for ;
This role is responsible for managing a production unit to deliver products against defined performance measures, as per planning and quality requirements.
Responsible for deploying and executing manufacturing standards in production unit
Supervises, selects, develops, coaches, and evaluates managing personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing.
Supports implementation & continuous improvement.
Leads the production unit, related processes, and staff in the execution of world class operational performance.
Arranges programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. May contribute to preparing manufacturing operation and investment plans. Defines and executes improvement plans towards defined performance measures
Delivers products on time with high factory and supplier yields. Ensures there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels
Maintains commitment to safety, environmental and quality regulations guidelines
Manages projects including introduction of new products, process and equipment
What you'll do- To follow up and control the day by day regarding productions plans & manage priorities in order to reach the target for DRM & Reconfirmation- To control and define the resources needed to assure the production in efficiency, quality and scrap.- Control and track the maintenence plans to assure the operation continuity
- Plan and control the implementation of strategies and programs related to the environment and industrial safety to guarantee and improve compliance with environmental laws and policies, as well as the company's health and safety guidelines.- Your qualifications- Drives Operational Excellence; LEAN methods and tools- Possesses a strong working knowledge of manufacturing- Able to balance the needs of multiple users, stakeholder management including senior levels- Has a strong understanding of organization's products and services- Knowledge of environmental, safety and quality regulations
