Job title: Production ManagerLocation: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (On-site)The client is a leading Precision Machinery Manufacturing company, providing integrated solutions with automated assembly technology for high-end customers in the electrical and automotive fields.ResponsibilitiesImplement the company's production and operation strategy, achieving annual production goals.Track production progress, organize and coordinate various production processes, and solve problems in each production process.Supervise the receipt and evaluation of customer orders, track production status, and ensure timely delivery of products.Manage the production site, develop production efficiency improvement plans, and implement tracking.Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control program plans, carrying out quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.Implement and execute cost control objectives, strengthen control over the use of raw materials, and promote the improvement of production processes and methods.Formulate personnel staffing according to the group's plan, organize training for the production department, and ensure personnel have sufficient skills and experience.Strictly implement safety and civilized production management, educating employees to abide by labor, process discipline, and operating procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of production experience.Strong organizational and managerial skills.Fluent in English; familiar with a time difference of about 14 hours from China.Current or former positions as #J-18808-Ljbffr
