If necessary, organize follow-up meetings by assigning actions and responsible.- Maintains and controls the headcount according to the sales forecasted.- Responsible to maintain 5S in all lines and shifts according to Continental procedures**Qualifications**- Industrial/Electronic/ Mechanic Engineer or related- At least 5 years of experience in Operations areas- +3 years experience on Team Leadership- ** Strong background in Supply chain (Production Planning or Materials Planning)**:- ** Experience on Engineer to Order products.**:- Bilingual English/Spanish, written/spoken.- Good knowledge of Production Systems and Managing complex production areas.- Safety Controls and Line Balancing- Previous knowledge in problem solving tools.- Advanced Microsoft office knowledgeLI-DFG
