And if that's you we would love to have you join us!The **Production Manager**, directs, and coordinates the activities of production, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.You will:- Deploys health and safety projects to support EHS culture.- Supervises operations, ensuring all work is performed and according to quality standards at the lowest cost.- Ensure production goals are met and the correct resource allocation.- Enhance customer service satisfaction.- Analyze data to identify process improvement, productivity, and new ideas.- Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to improve profitability.- Foster a teamwork culture throughout the operation.- Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training.- Partners with local and remote teams of EHS, planning, quality, engineering, maintenance, operational excellence, and warehouse.Qualifications:- Good knowledge of Production Systems and Managing complex production areas.- Understanding Engineer-to-Order manufacturing process.- Drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables, and resources.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience in operations environment.- Minimum 3+ years as Production Manager or similar position.What We Offer- Please contact your TA team advisory for detailLI-SP1LI-Onsite
