The **Production Manager**, directs, and coordinates the activities of production, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.
You will:
- Deploys health and safety projects to support EHS culture.
- Supervises operations, ensuring all work is performed and according to quality standards at the lowest cost.
- Ensure production goals are met and the correct resource allocation.
- Enhance customer service satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify process improvement, productivity, and new ideas.
- Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to improve profitability.
- Foster a teamwork culture throughout the operation.
- Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training.
- Partners with local and remote teams of EHS, planning, quality, engineering, maintenance, operational excellence, and warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Production Systems and Managing complex production areas.
- Understanding Engineer-to-Order manufacturing process.
- Drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience in operations environment.
- Minimum 3+ years as Production Manager or similar position.
