**Activities**- Responsible to achieve production results with the highest quality and lowest Cost in all areas under his responsibility.- Coordinates the team in charge to keep running the production lines every day.- He / She must be capable of handling the area and interact with the support departments to solve the problems that arise.- Participates and contributes to the different meetings, Production Meetings, Inventory control, Continuous Improvement and others as needed- Monitor the daily reports of production and deviation management for all KPIs, quality, scrap and takes necessary actions to correct them.
If necessary, organize follow-up meetings by assigning actions and responsible.- Maintains and controls the headcount according to the sales forecasted.- Responsible to maintain 5S in all lines and shifts according to Continental procedures**Qualifications**- Industrial/Electronic/ Mechanic Engineer or related- At least 5 years of experience in Operations areas- +3 years experience on Team Leadership- **Strong background in Supply chain (Production Planning or Materials Planning)**:- **Experience on Engineer to Order products.
**:- Bilingual English/Spanish, written/spoken.- Good knowledge of Production Systems and Managing complex production areas.- Safety Controls and Line Balancing- Previous knowledge in problem solving tools.- Advanced Microsoft office knowledgeLI-DFG
