Develop/monitor production KPMs, identify action plans and lead/coordinate teams to achieve desired results at the local and global level (example ATF/OTS performance at global warehouses).
The Area Production Manager 2 will generally have an expanded scope of responsibility and increased complexity of role.
Such as, will generally manage a larger team, multiple or varied departments, and/or multiple shifts.
The Area Production Manager 2 is more experienced to effectively manage the larger scope and complexity of role.
The Area Production Manager 2 also has global leadership responsibility through leading global teams (TWI, COE, etc.)
and overall global collaboration with other Area Production Managers and Senior Manager of Operations.
Active leader and champion of Panduit's key programs: Cultural beliefs (PIL training), Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), TWI, safety and Best Practice Sharing.
Develops talent for current department needs.
Leads teams to achieve desired KPM results AND achieve strong employee engagement.
Must manage intermediate and/or advanced technologies.
