**Main Responsabilities**
- Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including venue selection, budget management, and overall logistics.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all event aspects are executed as planned.

- Oversee event access to ensure proper attendance and effective participation.
Manage communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders before, during, and after the event.
- Coordinate the hiring and supervision of necessary event staff, including vendors, support staff, and security teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to events, such as permits and licenses.
- Evaluate the success of events by analyzing key metrics and participant feedback, using this information to improve future events.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in the event industry, proposing innovative ideas to enhance event quality and impact.
- Evaluate, supervise, hire, and manage all necessary services from various vendors collaborating on the event, before, during, and after the event.
- Track performance, follow up on payments, and close out with vendors, making necessary adjustments according to established event guidelines.
- Be actively involved in the operation of each event, ensuring its optimal execution.
**Requirements**:
- Studies in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in operations events.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in event organization and management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Implement, follow through and document processes, plans and ideas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to changing events in operating conditions.
