Job PurposeJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign reliable, safe, capable processes that comply with the legal and voluntary requirements applicable to Dana, in order to meet quality and safety standards, as well as ensure the optimization of the plant's resources.Maintain production processes according to manufacturing requirements, so that they remain within control parameters.Ensure that the Advanced Product Quality Planning is carried out in a timely manner, so that all Welding, Machining and Assembly processes of the plant have the corresponding planning.Ensure the establishment and updating of Welding and Machining process standards according to Dana engineering specifications and/or those of the customers.Maintain the updating of documents (Operation Sheets, FMEA, Characteristics Matrix, Setup Sheets, Welding and Manufacturing System Specifications and Procedures) in order to comply with the plant's quality system.Train direct and indirect personnel in the assigned production processes, ensuring the execution of an efficient work method and complying with the safety standards of the operation and product quality.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
