**Requirements**:

Main Functions.
Ensure proper production management and administration to meet production schedule requirements.
Lead, coordinate and manage team members to establish goals, objectives, actions and efforts to meet the goals of each UN, the production area and the company.
Support in the coordination of new projects so that they are fulfilled in the stipulated time and manner.
Ensure with the service areas that the necessary tasks and activities are carried out to achieve the goals of each UN.
Promote quality in the production process to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid returns.
Ensure compliance with the production schedule issued by logistics.

To administer the budget, in accordance with the established Budget.
Ensure the management of the Supervisors in charge with the operational staff, promoting strategies that constantly promote effective leadership and management.
Seek continuous improvement to the process of activities, to create value-added activities to the company and facilitate the work, as well as that of its collaborators.
Perform activities associated with documentation and document control, in the identification and assessment of areas of opportunity, environmental aspects, in compliance with legal requirements, in the definition of objectives, goals, programs, indicators, operational control, monitoring and measurement and coordination of personnel in charge of achieving them, with the establishment and maintenance of the corresponding records, as well as in the preparation and response to emergencies. Generating the applicable preventive actions and corrections or corrective actions, according to what has been established.
Know and understand the environmental policy and actively participate in the achievement of environmental objectives and goals, as well as comply with the corresponding environmental management manual, procedures, plans and programs and/or other applicable documents. Ensure that the chemicals used within their unit, from reception to disposal of the waste generated, are identified with pictograms, stored and preserved safely and that these conditions are maintained through frequent review.
Make your personnel (at all levels) aware of the importance of their contribution to the organization, as well as the importance of following and improving the Quality and Environmental Management Systems; this includes ensuring that your personnel are aware of the key points and documents governing these systems.
