Production Manager

We are looking for people who are curious, insightful, collaborative, and committed to building a sustainable and connected world.Responsibilities:Develop and monitor production KPMs.Identify action plans and lead/coordinate teams to achieve desired results at the local and global level (example ATF/OTS performance at global warehouses).Manage a larger team, multiple or varied departments, and/or multiple shifts.Lead global teams (TWI, COE, etc.) and collaborate with other Area Production Managers and Senior Manager of Operations.Act as an active leader and champion of Panduit's key programs: Cultural beliefs (PIL training), Process Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), TWI, safety, and Best Practice Sharing.Develop talent for current department needs.Lead teams to achieve desired KPM results and strong employee engagement.Manage intermediate and/or advanced technologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
