Sobre nuestro cliente Automotive company is looking for a Production Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery while managing a high-performing team.

Descripción Manage and monitor daily production activities to ensure efficient work flow, timely delivery, and high-quality output in line with company goals. Lead and motivate production teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols, guaranteeing products meet the highest industry standards. Coordinate and manage resources (materials, equipment, labor) effectively, balancing production demands with operational costs to achieve optimal results. Perfil buscado 5+ years of experience in production management, with a focus on automotive manufacturing processes and quality control. Strong knowledge of production planning systems, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing operational costs. Advanced English (Mandatory).
