They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.What your background should look like:Activities:Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations.Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards.Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.Commit to plant safety procedures.Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.Improve the engagement levels among Production staff.Requirements:5 or more years of proven experience as a Production Manager in the manufacturing sector.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and lean manufacturing processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.Able to create accountability and lead by example.Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a focus on solutions.Advanced English.CompetenciesMotivating Others, Building Effective Teams, Managing and Measuring WorkValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, TeamworkSET: Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)#J-18808-Ljbffr
