- Defines and develops in conjunction with the Operations Management, the establishment and conduction of policies and strategies for the company's Production activities, within the guidelines set by the Plant in accordance with the business strategies.
- Establishs and implements in conjunction with the Operations Management, the objectives and annual budget for its management and ensure its compliance.
- Leads, Coordinates, and ensures cost effective product flow, through compliance with the Production System and meeting the results according to AOP.
- Maintains constant relationship with the materials, logistics, and quality area to ensure product delivery according to internal and external customer requirements.
- Plans, coordinates, directs, and controls production operations.
- Defines, establishes, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and internal controls for activities related to their management in different areas of the company.
- Establishes and analyzes management indicators for the area and formulates strategies in accordance with industry best practices.
- Receives, responds to, and implements changes approved as a result of audits performed in the area under its management.
- Coordinates the necessary training to personnel in their area of responsibility with Operations Management on new projects, programs, and/or improvements made to them.
- Participates and leads in the development of new projects.
- Ensures that adequate files and/or records of their management are maintained.
- Monitors compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls (technical, operational, and safety) for the company's production activities.
- Coordinates the development of process documentation, systems development, and maintenance.
Experiência y requisitos
This role is responsible for supporting and coordinating all production operations in assigned area(s).
This role supports individual managers/coaches to effectively and efficiently perform the functions of their jobs in order to increase production.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Leadership, problem solving and decision-making.
- Perform numerical calculations.
- Knowledge of quality standards.
- Knowledge in budgeting.
- Development of multifunctional teams.
