Production Manager

The Production Manager ensures the highest quality, meet Good Manufacturing Practices.
Coordinates production activities between multidisciplinary teams.Assess project and resource requirements based on sales forecast.
Plan and organize production personnel and monitor its implementation.Produce proposals for production efficiency improvement and cost reduction.Develop training plan, set performance objectives and conduct periodical performance review.Responsible for hiring and managing production staff and daily operations.
