With a focus on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement, you will lead our talented team of sewing professionals in achieving operational excellence.In your role as Production Manager, you will report directly to the COO in Denmark. You will have a daily impact in our ability to produce just in time, with the highest quality and foster a motivated team.Your responsibilities will include:- Coordinating and following up on all orders to ensure they are prepared, cut, sewn, packed, and shipped correctly according to FabricAir Quality Standards and delivery demands.- Securing Production Capacity and Flexibility between all production departments and continually optimizing production and production costs.- Ensuring that we have access to resources and optimizing their usage for cost-effectiveness.- Implementing and supporting the strategy.- Seeking Operational Excellence and working daily for continuous improvement.- Keeping abreast of changes in Mexican law regarding employment, labor law, work safety, and the environment, including external factors like ISO 14001, and ensuring that FabricAir complies with the law and is prepared for future changes.- Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.- Conducting workforce planning, development, and headcount control.Joining our international Supply Chain team, you will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, surrounded by professionals committed to excellence.**Who You Are**We are seeking an individual with a strong leadership background in the têxtile or apparel manufacturing industry, coupled with a proven track record of enhancing production processes and team performance.
