Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.(*) The duties described are only the most typical of this position and are in no way a comprehensive list.POSITION REQUIREMENTSAcademic background:Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.Languages: Advanced English (written & spoken).Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar position.OTHER SPECIFICATIONSAdditional training: Knowledge in current legislation such as IATF, automotive standards, basic VDA core tools, Customer Specific Standards and risk basic thinking, manufacturing, finances and Management Control.
