- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Over 5 years of experience SMT Production process management experience.
- On-Site personnel management (production/post-pull/line change)
- Experience in department personnel management.
- Good cross departmental coordination.
- Excellent use office, excel, word, PPT.
- Production KPI reached
- Confirmation and improvement of poor follow-up
- Real time monitoring of throwing materials and timely reporting and processing.
- Departmental fixed capital maintenance management.
- Excellent oral /written reports/good leadership communication skills/overseas working experience Enthusiasm at work.
- English: 80 to 90 %
