.**PCE TECHNOLOGY DE JUÁREZ/FOXCONN GROUP (SAN JERÓNIMO)****Solicita**:**Production Manager SMT/TLA****Descripción y Requisitos****Purpose of the position**Main Roles & Responsibilities****People Management**Monitor competences for his/her team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation).- Ensure working standards are respected during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product).- Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.- Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organize delegation.- Conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning & give feedback.- Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement.- Perform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented.- Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules.- Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.- Define work standards with the help of support functions.**Manage production**- Be responsible for customer satisfaction.- Be accountable for SQCDM performance, in terms of targets achievement, and improvement.- Ensure optimal use of equipment (OEE).- Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Plant support departments.- Validate monthly the demonstrated capacity of his/ her Area.- Daily / Weekly commit of Production Plan.- In case of daily production plan deviation, take necessary measures to recover.**Manage continuous improvement**- Daily Application of Lean Manufacturing tools.- Lead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination.- Lead everyday genba activities with his/her team, as TOP 3 issues countermeasures.- Lead & review action plans to improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets).- Be responsible for Customer Line Return analysis and solving for products.- Manage the Productions System and deployment plan for cost reductions, ensuring that there are kaizen workshops ongoing to improve and challenged by him/her.- Propose lay out evolutions to simplify flows.- Prepare budget proposal (including training actions, investments).- Manage the budget and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter. Implement necessary corrective actions for compliance.**Contribute to successful new projects introduction**- Be involved in the industrialization of new projects during all phases.- Validate the Lean Process Design Checklist for new projects.**Requirements for the job**- Engineering Degree- Masters Degree Six Sigma Certification (Desirable)- 5+ years in SMT engineering.- Experience in automotive industry- Bilingual**Knowledge**- Strong knowledge of SMT processes and component / PCA manufacturability: paste printing, pick & place, reflow oven, wave & selective solder, router, coating and washer equipments
