- Production Manager SMT/TLA----Descripción y Requisitos----Purpose of the position--Main Roles & Responsibilities----People Management--Monitor competencr his/her team and develops its autonomy (Confidencial plan buildinllow-up & Confidencial actions implementation). Ensure working standards are respected during the operations (safety, work instructions,, respect of the product). Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards. Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organize delegation. Conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning & giedback. Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement. Perform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented. Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules. Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment. Define work standards with the help of supponctions.-Manage production-- Be responsibr customer satisfaction. Be accountabr SQCDM performance, in terms of targets achievement, and improvement. Ensure optimal use of equipment (OEE). Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Plant support departments. Validate monthly the demonstrated capacity of his/ her área. Daily / Weekly commit of Production Plan. In case of daily production plan deviation, take necessary measures to recover.-Manage continuous improvement-- Daily Application of Lean Manufacturing tools. Lead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination. Lead everyday genba activities with his/her team, as TOP issues countermeasures. Lead & review action plansto improve SQCDM performance (actual and targets). Be responsibr Customer Line Return analysis and solvir products. Manage the Productions System and deployment plr cost reductions, ensuring that there are kaizen workshops ongoing to improve and challenged by him/her. Propose lay out evolutions to simpliows. Prepare budget proposal (including Confidencial actions, investments). Manage the budget and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter. Implement necessary corrective actior compliance.-Contribute to successful new projects introduction-- Be involved in the industrialization of new projects during all phases. Validate the Lean Process Design Checklir new projects.-Requiremenr the job-- Engineering Degree Masters Degree Six Sigma Certification (Desirable) - years in SMT engineering. paste printing, pick & place, reflow oven, wave & selective solder, router, coating and washer equipments. Previous work Importante empresa managing budgets and productinancial data is required.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, is required.
