Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide**Responsibilities**:- Manufacturing Quality Cost Delivery Management- Supply chain process definition & validation- Manufacturing contribution of EHS risks & Ergonomics analysis- Manufacturing preparation of the line/workshop- Manufacturing planning preparation (workload)- Manufacturing resources & skills management (staffing, trainings, qualification,)- APSYS deployment (shop floor tools) preparation- Time management (presence management and activity management) of all employees, and assure compliance with local legislation,- Continuously improving occupational safety, including contractors (if applicable) working for the manufacturing line/workshop,- Development, which means further development of the qualification matrix for product-related and technology-related processes, as well as general technological and personal qualification,- PMC (People Management Cycle) as per local HR policy and validate employee's incidences for payroll correct payment.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree: Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing performing Production Manager role in metal mechanics industry, automotive industry or similar.- Experience in Welding and Painting- Planning or Project Management experience- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP).- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.- Advanced English read, written, spoken.- Manufacturing Processes and Technologies- Configuration & Change Management- Continuous improvement methods (yellow belt or green blet a plus)Alstom is a global company where our people vision and values embrace Diversity and Inclusion (D&I).
