- Reporting to the Operations Manager, the process engineering manager role involves_ Responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Proficient in cost management, talent development and departmental KPIs._
- _ Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to ensure achievement of goals and objectives._- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.- Establish and improve process capabilities- Develop and maintain process documentation.- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations.- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.- Improve throughput in constrained areas.- Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.- Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Experience managing operations & engineering in electronic manufacturing_
- _ Strong background in Process engineering smt positions, strong experience_
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Fluent English_
- _ Experience in automation, and process management._
- _ Epoxy and chemical Knowledge_
- _ Good experience on SMT, Assembly & Test, Backend Processes,_
- _ Good leadership and organization skill in dynamics environment to achieve operation efficiency and profitability._
