If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.The roleEnsure that the machines produce a standard output and meet the production plan requirements.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policy and procedures and that all work is undertaken to the appropriate standards.Participate in the development and implementation of Chippenham improvement plans.Enter and maintain all relevant information for shop floor data collection.Enter and maintain all relevant information as required to meet QC standards.Complete autonomous maintenance tasks as per schedules.Where identified and/or necessary, be prepared to undertake training to improve and increase skill levels.Undertake work in other operational departments should the need arise.The profilePrevious experience of short/medium size batch production.Basic secondary education.Must be able to work positively within a team and form good working relationships with other team members.Must be able to plan and organise activities of self.Must be able to communicate effectively.Must be able to demonstrate a flexible and adaptable work ethic.H&S Level 1 responsibility statement.What Orbia Building & Infrastructure offersCount on a warm welcome at Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin!).
