Production Operator Lead - MX
Production Operator Lead helps Production Supervisor achieve company and production goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
**Essential Functions**
- Perform the shift reception to identify all the events presented during the previous day in order to prepare the shift start meeting and the day's execution plan together with the supervisor.
- Monitor the production floor to ensure the correct execution of the cleaning plan, identify conditions and / or unsafe acts, validate the correct coding, ensure the dosage of minerals if required, ozone levels and in general all variables and operating conditions that guarantee operational continuity.
- Verify that the filling of the production records including the quality section are correct within the shift.
- Validate all the flow of materials both inbound and outbound in Oracle and ensure its correct reflection in the inventory.
- Validate scrap information and numbers to ensure they are correct and reflected.
- Ensure that the printing of labels are met during the shift and that they correspond to the product that is running.
- Generate the production cut-off report every 4 hours.
- Collect line information to generate the shift closure report.
- Verify that all entries and exits in Oracle are correct.
- Understand and follow the company's safety rules including the safe operation of cranes and equipment to carry out their daily activities.
- Assist in support tasks in any productive area when required.
- Collaborate in maintenance activities in coordination with your direct boss
- Availability to roll day and night shifts as required.
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System is met.
