This role will report to the Director of Planning Analytics as part of the Corporate Planning Center of Excellence with broad opportunity to develop and demonstrate your analytics knowledge & leadership skills, playing an instrumental role in the success of the company.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the advancement of the Global Design Model by developing processes and analytics within Production Planning and adjacent integrated supply chain processes- Support the Integrated Supply Chain Planning COE process owners, SBGs, and GBEs with value-added metrics dashboards and analysis- Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance using RapidResponse and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps) to drive measurable improvement to service (on-time metrics), working capital (inventory metrics), planning (MRP audit scores), and others.- Work with the corporate data analytics to identify and- Support automation of planning processes and metrics reporting- Manage individual planning analytics projects to on-time completion- Create presentations and visualizations for executive and operational reporting**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Economy, Business related.- 0-2 years' relevant experience- English Proficiency (90% level)- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and data science techniques- Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI- Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, Index/Match) and MS Access- Experience with SQL and Python and/R- Strong problem-solving mindset using creative, innovative solutions**WE VALUE**:- Relevant internship or co-op experience- Advanced degrees or certificates in Supply Chain and/or Analytics- Experience with supply chain advanced planning systems (Rapid Response, Blue Yonder, O9)- Working knowledge and expertise using SAP- Experience in an Integrated Supply Chain process area (Demand, Supply, Production, Materials Management, Sourcing)- Experience creating/implementing ML/AI tools (Pytorch, XGBoost, etc.)- Ability to work effectively in teams that include members in various geographic locations/time zones- Supply Chain and Analytics certifications**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD190820- ** Category**:Integrated Supply Chain- ** Location**:Av.
