Canadian company of the automotive industry, requests Production Planner & Customer Service

Objetive:
Provide customer service and generate the Production Plan, ensuring a good relationship with the client.?
Activities
- Program and follow-up to weekly Production plan
- Inventories control: Finish goods, in process.
- Update and follow-up to client's forecast fulfillment
- Ensure fulfillment to the shipping program
- Recovery plans for inventory and back-order when necessary
- Close communication with customers.
- Analysis of coverage and fluctuation of requirements (FORECAST).
- Define production priorities according to customer needs and the company's priority.
Requirements for the job:

- Bachelor's or Engineering
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in Plastic Industry is an asset.
- English (Business)
