**Position Overview**
A production planner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling manufacturing processes to ensure operational efficiency and the timely delivery of products. This role involves analyzing production specifications, monitoring inventory levels, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing production schedules to meet demand while minimizing costs.
**What you'll do**
- Conduct component analysis based on the production plan to ensure daily compliance
- Load batch production orders onto the floor in MII, considering capacity and complexity
- Review stock levels in SAP
- Enter "White Glove" inspection requests and comments into the shop floor system
- Assist production with order fulfillment
- Print and process parts orders
- Attend Tier 2 and scrap meetings
- Investigate and resolve stalled orders in MII, releasing them if necessary
**Who you are**
- Minimum of 3 years experience planning in production environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SAP is a plus
- Proficient in conflict management
- Skilled in setting and achieving objectives
