**Your Job**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing daily or weekly production schedules to ensure customer demands are met on time.
You will play a critical role in analyzing raw materials, manpower, and equipment needs to support production deadlines and actively participate in developing strategies that align with business and customer demand behavior.
**Our Team**
You will be working with a dedicated team within our production division that focuses on ensuring seamless production operations across multiple product lines.
Our team collaborates closely with various departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to optimize production flow and maximize efficiency.
**What You Will Do
- Develop and prioritize production schedules to meet customer deadlines while optimizing performance and minimizing delay.
- Coordinate production flow across multiple product families and monitor output to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Address and mitigate production schedule interruptions promptly.
- Communicate production plan status through performance reports and engage with Customer Service Reps for inquiries.
- Analyze inventory levels and perform waterfall analysis for demand fluctuations to strategize mid and long-term demand.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Professional degree with 3+ years of experience in creating production plans.
- Proficient understanding of EPR and MRP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis for short and long-term scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing scenarios.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Experience in High Mix / Low Volume operations, SMT, Back End, manual ASSY, and automated processes.
- Active participation in Lean projects and continuous improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with Kaizen and NPI releases.
