Production Planner

**FUNCTIONS**:
1. Production planning: develop and implement detailed production plans based on demand forecasts production capacity and inventory levels.

2. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery of products while Minimizes downtime and maximizes resource utilization.

3. Demand forecasting and analysis: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer demand and sales forecasts to adjust production plans accordingly.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand. customer demand without excess stock or shortage.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing and logistics, to align production plans with overall business objectives.

6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements and cost reduction in processes production planning and scheduling.

**REQUERIMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual: Engish-Spanish
- Experience in similar position
- Knowledge in MRP sistems
