**PRODUCTION PLANNER**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Administration, Related).
- Intermediate english.
- Experience in similar position.
- Title or professional certificate.

**General Description**:
Responsible for generating the scheduling and production control, as well as coordinating the request and delivery of the necessary materials to comply with the production programs, ensuring that the client's requirements are met in a timely manner.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Make an analysis of customer requirements to identify the best delivery date, taking into account the demand, availability of material, availability of machinery and personnel.
- Plan and prepare production schedules, and establish the manufacturing sequence for each component, ensuring that promised dates are met, whether it be customer orders, forcast, Kanban, safety stock, etc.
- Make an analysis of raw material and together with the buyer make sure that all the material is on time to be able to start production.
- Keep your master plan (MPLAN) updated, in order to facilitate the generation of reports and follow-up for delayed, current and future orders (if applicable).
- Generate and schedule the necessary production orders following the procedures for release and generation of work orders.
- Analyze the production routines and capacity of the lines to determine the best scheduling flow, in addition to the expansion requirements or the acquisition of machinery or personnel to detect any problem that needs a solution.
- Communicate to the different production areas the status of scheduled orders, as well as the special follow-up that must be done to an order due to the existence of a project, prototype, customer or engineering requirement.
- Expedite operations that delay production schedules and alter production schedules as required by any unforeseen condition, in such a way that customer deliveries are not affected.
- Generate reports that are requested to facilitate the proper monitoring of compliance with the assigned KPI's.
- Prepare lists with information regarding their production lines about materials, tools or equipment that are requested.
- Follow up on the WIP and maintain the generated orders to ensure that the MRP is calculated correctly.
- Ensure that MRP is being calculated correctly, and if there is any change, ensure that it is executed.
- Run the MRP and follow up on exceptions as necessary and based on that generate orders or necessary MLs.
- Provide follow-up and / or solution to any situation that affects the requirements of internal and external customers of their assigned lines.
- Maintain constant communication of any changes to delivery dates.
- Escalate and communicate issues as deemed necessary to meet customer requirements.
- Perform AMV's or CCR's following the appropriate procedure that facilitates the fulfillment of customer orders, as long as there is no change with the fit (use of the component), form (form of the component), or function (function of the component).
- Correctly and adequately follow the quality system procedures assigned in the training matrix, as well as the work guides of the assigned production line(s).
- Any activity required by their direct Chief or area manager, which helps to achieve the company's objectives.
- Ensure their own safety and health, and that of others, complying with the preventive measures adopted, in accordance with their training, and with the instructions of the company.
- Follow the company's policies as well as the mission, vision, quality policy and values.
