Production Planner

**JOB OBJECTIVES**

Organize production according to demand and quality standards. To ensure that molded pulp products or assembly kis are produced in time for distribution in a cost effective manner. To ensure that production operations are cost effective and smooth.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Month-end close reports
- Effectiveness measurement report
- Daily report review, prior to line start-up.
- Planning meetings and process schedules
- Elaboration of raw material requisition
- Follow up of Brigade processes, Process Leader Processes
- Participate in SMETA, FSC, CTPAT, ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
- Implementation of OKR projects
- Measurable reporting of machinery capacity

**EDUCATION**
- Education: Graduated with a Technical Degree in Manufacturing, TSU in Production, Industrial Engineering or similar / TRUNCA ENGINEERING.

**EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION**
- Experience: 3 years minimum as production supervisor.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Intermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001 quality standards.
- Knowledge of product drawing interpretation
- Knowledge of statistical process control
- Knowledge of 5's
