Major Responsibilities:
- Create & adjust production schedules that allocate resources efficiently and optimize the use of production capacity.
- Collaborate with various departments, including customer service, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality control, and production, to ensure meeting customer and company's objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, customer past due orders, production output and schedule attainment.
- Identifies, engages, and drives resolution with internal functions as needed to meet customer/supplier expectations.
- Work order maintenance based on action messages.
- Lead & coordinate a team formed by a shop floor controller and materialists to ensure material availability on production lines.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience +2
- Effective communicator (verbal, written), Leadership, Logical thinking, Data driven, Decision Making.
- Previous experience in the area
- Medium to Fluent English desirable
- Oracle EBS.
- Microsoft Excel, PP, Word
